- For best results use flower or modelling paste.
- Dust your work surface with cornflour or icing sugar and roll out the paste a thickness of 2-3mm.
- Place the cutter on top of the rolled out paste and apply pressure. Gently slide the cutter backwards and forwards on the work surface to give you a clean cut.
