Diana Powder Whipping Cream comes in a pack of 500 grams and is great value for money. It is easy to use, does not require keeping in a fridge before use, has not after taste and has good stability after freezing and thawing.
An easy to use whipping cream which gives you the flexibility to measure and only use the quantity of cream needed for the specific decoration as per the cake size you want to decorate.
In order to make cream, mix one part of Diana whipping cream with two parts of cold water, ideally, 10° C. Mix using a hand mixer at high speed for 3 to 5 minutes until the cream has achieved the consistency you would like. Then keep the prepared cream in a refrigerator for about 30 minutes before using.
