It is used for covering and decoration on/in cakes, pies, tarts, fruit salads does not cause rancidity, collapse, yellowing and
cracking on the products applied; makes difference in terms of taste.
It is recommended to keep the final whipped cream in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before using it.
