1 Preheat : Preheat the oven to 170 -180°C using pan size 26 or 220 °C For Swiss roll line the base with baking paper
2 Mix : Mix all the ingredients with a whisk on top speed for 6 to 8 min
3 Bake : Bake in preheated oven for 45 to 55 min .For sponge cake or 10 to 12 min. For Swiss roll
